The first phase of  what will eventually be the unified vision of Heritage House & Valle Verde Apartments, Heritage House is a 66-unit complete renovation of the former Sunrise Assisted Living Center, and re-imagines the space as affordable housing with 58 studio and eight 1-bedroom apartments.

Construction is ongoing with completion projected for late 2023.
