The first phase of  what will eventually be the unified vision of Heritage House & Valle Verde Apartments, Heritage House is a 66-unit complete renovation of the former Sunrise Assisted Living Center, and re-imagines the space as affordable housing with 58 studio and eight 1-bedroom apartments.

Envisioned as a community for smaller low-income households, housing for agricultural workers and those experiencing housing insecurity, Heritage House is conveniently located to public parks, outdoor activities, shopping, services, public transportation, and schools. Construction is ongoing with completion projected for late 2023.
