Burbank Housing can help make your dream of homeownership a reality!

  • Up to $200K for downpayment assistance (DPA) for eligible buyers

  • Program is designed for first-time homebuyers

  • Income limits apply and are based on household size*

  • Buyers are required to be pre-qualified for and have a 30-year fixed fully amortized first mortgage loan.

  • Interested buyers must attend a course hosted by Burbank Housing before applying for the program. Future dates to be announced in late 2025.

  • Application link will be provided to interested applicants after successful completion of the Burbank Housing DPA course.
