$9.7 Million Awarded to Burbank Housing for Farmworker Housing in North Healdsburg

04.2024 – Burbank Housing has partnered with the City of Healdsburg to develop the 3.5 acre vacant undeveloped, City-owned site located at 155 Dry Creek Road with affordable housing for lower income families in our community. The project also includes a partnership with Reach for Home, helping to ensure everyone has access to housing.
The California State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has awarded Burbank Housing $9.7 million dollars towards the construction of farmworker housing at Dry Creek Commons, a multifamily housing project in partnership with the City of Healdsburg.
