With experience in finance and marketing spanning decades, Tomas Phillips leverages his experience in the business sector in his advocacy for housing security, and a broader commitment to treating people with dignity and equity. Tomas served as the Board Chair for 8 years at Community Support Network, and has represented North Bay Jobs with Justice at the City of Santa Rosa Housing Action Plan. Tomas joined the Burbank Housing Board of Directors in December 2019.
