Mr. Burke brings a wealth of housing and development experience to Burbank Housing’s Board of Directors. A career spanning fifty years, Mr. Burke has held positions with the Sacramento Housing Authority, Sacramento Regional Area Planning Commission, and is the former Director of Santa Rosa’s Housing Authority as well as its Housing & Redevelopment Department where he facilitated housing and redevelopment projects for twenty years. Mr. Burke believes that thoughtfully located, carefully designed and well-managed housing is essential to creating a dignified and safe environment for the entire community. Mr. Burke has previously served on the Boards of the Santa Rosa Housing Authority, National Association of Housing and Redevelopment and the California Redevelopment Association.
