Lina Jia joined Burbank Housing in 2021 and now leads the accounting team as Controller where she is responsible for managing the company’s accounting information and department, as well as maintaining internal control systems to ensure the security of assets and financial records. With over a decade of experience, she has expertise in financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis, reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgeting and forecasting, audit preparation, financial data analysis, internal control maintenance, and regulatory reporting. An active licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Lina obtained her MBA in Accounting from CSU, Chico.
