Leslie Camino joins Burbank Housing’s Board of Directors with over 20 years of leadership development experience in the tech industry. Her strategic expertise involves collaborating with top-level executives and business leaders to execute key enterprise-wide initiatives and programs that align talent development and culture with the company’s strategy. She excels in building a pipeline of future leaders, overseeing succession planning, talent identification, and creating high-potential development programs for key roles.

In 2020, Ms. Camino was appointed by Keysight’s CEO, Ron Nersesian, to lead the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy. She swiftly implemented a comprehensive plan and handed over the reins to a dedicated DEI director, elevating Keysight’s DEI practices.

A business administration graduate from the University of Washington, Ms. Camino’s experience spans Public Affairs, Community Relations, Marketing, Sales, HR, International Business, and Non-Profits. She’s a former President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Sonoma County and contributes to Kaiser Permanente’s Parent Pediatric Advisory Board.
