A Land Use Planning consultant for over 40 years, Ms. Kapolchok began their career working for the North Coast Regional office of the California Coastal Commission in the late seventies, as well as seven years for the County of Sonoma Planning Department. Founder of Kapolchok & Associates in 1984, Ms. Kapolchok’s consultancy work is focused primarily in the City of Santa Rosa and the unincorporated areas of the County of Sonoma. A strong belief that access to housing is fundamental to being a participating and contributing member of the community, Ms. Kapolchok’s extensive experience with land use entitlements and environmental assessments provides valuable expertise and guidance to Burbank Housing as it continues to grow and pursue opportunities to provide people in the community with housing that is safe, supportive and affordable. Ms. Kapolchok is currently a public member of Sonoma LAFCO, board member of the Golden State Land Conservancy, and executive board member of Goodwill Industries of the Redwood Empire.
