Ben joined Burbank Housing in the Spring of 2020 as COO and VP of Operations. He brings more than 25 years of housing expertise that includes 12 years with the Housing Authority of Portland, Oregon; four years as a VP of Operations in affordable property management in the Pacific Northwest; and almost three years as the Affordable Housing Director for the County of Sonoma. He is an experienced asset manager and real estate developer. Ben serves on the Governing Council for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has held the designation Certified Property Manager (CPM) through IREM since 2010.
