Alicia joined the Burbank Housing team in 2001 and oversees the organization’s entire portfolio of more than 3200 units as the head of its Compliance Department. Before becoming the Director of Compliance, her tenure at Burbank Housing saw valuable contributions as the Assistant Director of Property Management, as well as an Asset Manager, providing Alicia with well-rounded knowledge and understanding of the organization, its complexities, and the various components that comprise affordable housing programs such as Tax Credit, USDA, HUD, and many other local programs.
