Alicia Gomez
Director of Property Management
Alicia joined Burbank Housing in 2001 and currently serves as the Director of the Property Management Department, overseeing the organization’s entire portfolio of 4077 units and 98 Site staff. She leads a team of housing professionals dedicated to improving the quality of life of Burbank Housing’s residents by managing and maintaining communities that are safe, high-quality and affordable. Alicia also oversees Burbank’s Compliance Department, ensuring all projects are in compliance with regulatory and program requirements of all housing regulatory agencies at the federal, state, county and city levels. Throughout Alicia’s time at Burbank Housing, she has made valuable contributions as the Compliance Manager/Assistant Director of Property Management, Asset Manager, and Director of Compliance. Her over two decades of experience in managing different aspects of Burbank Housing’s property portfolio has provided Alicia with well-rounded knowledge and understanding of the organization, its complexities, and the various components that comprise affordable housing programs.
