September 10, 2026 Rohnert Park, CA – Burbank Housing has officially closed on the acquisition of the former Best Western Inn located at 6500 Redwood Drive in Rohnert Park, marking a major milestone in the development of The Terraces at Copeland Creek, a new permanent supportive housing community for seniors experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The acquisition follows the project’s successful award in Homekey+ funding from the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), with additional financial support provided by Providence and the City of Rohnert Park.
