Affordable Housing nonprofit Burbank Housing assembled Thursday morning with Director Gustavo Velasquez from the Department of Housing & Community Development (HCD), California Assemblymember Damon Connolly and representatives from the City of Santa Rosa and the Santa Rosa Housing Authority to celebrate the recent completion of the 64-unit property Burbank Avenue Apartments located at 1130 Fenway Drive in Santa Rosa, California.
