More Than $18 Million in State Homekey Funds Awarded for Project in Napa

Santa Rosa, CA – Feb. 22, 2022 – Burbank Housing and the City of Napa, have been awarded $18,113,600 in State of California funding through its Project Homekey program. The award will support the creation of 54 permanent supportive housing units, including a manager’s unit, at Valley Lodge Apartments (formerly Wine Valley Lodge) a former motel at 200 S. Coombs St., along the Napa River, less than 2 miles from downtown in south Napa.
