A new affordable housing project is in the works at 6500 Redwood Drive in Rohnert Park. This development will provide much-needed homes for seniors in our community.

Project Details

The proposed project will feature 72 apartments, mostly one-bedroom units:

• 70 units for permanent supportive housing, serving seniors who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness
• 2 units for a on-site managers

Burbank Housing will oversee the construction and ongoing operations of this project.

City Support

The City of Rohnert Park is supporting this initiative by working with Burbank Housing to secure state funding. On April 8, 2025, the Rohnert Park City Council approved the resolution to submit a funding application for the project. The application has since been submitted.
