With over 40 years of experience in public-facing, community support-focused roles, Ms. Learned brings extensive expertise in advocacy, governance, program development, and supportive housing to Burbank Housing’s Board of Directors. With previous roles as the co-chair at the California Homeless Coalition, twelve years with Face to Face as their Executive Director, and over twenty years with Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital as their Vice President of Development, Ms. Learned’s career has centered on amplifying opportunities for those with limited means to live full, healthy lives in safe and supportive environments. Additionally, Ms. Learned continues her commitment to fostering equitable opportunities and positive outcomes for future generations through her contribution to the 10,000 Degrees Sonoma County Advisory Board.
