David Gouin comes to Burbank Housing’s Board of Directors after retiring from a distinguished and impactful career in public service to the City of Santa Rosa that spanned 21+ years. At the time of his retirement, Mr. Gouin served the public as the Director of Housing and Community Services, a department charged with administering affordable housing programs and overseeing homeless services, among other responsibilities. As Board Chair, Mr. Gouin’s wealth of knowledge and experience in the production, acquisition, and rehabilitation of housing projects will provide indispensable guidance to Burbank Housing as it looks to support the community by bringing a number of housing projects online in the next few years.
