Volker joined the Burbank Housing team in 1995 and oversees the organization’s entire portfolio of more than 3200 units as the head of its Maintenance Department. Volker has a background in General Construction and is passionate about helping to maintain the buildings and properties in Burbank’s portfolio in order to provide residents with safe spaces. Prior to becoming the Director of Maintenance Operations, Volker served as Burbank Housing’s Facilities Manager and later as part of the Construction Management team, providing Volker with well-rounded experience, knowledge and understanding of the portfolio and its needs.
