Julie Heredia joined Burbank Housing in 2007 and has contributed to the fiscal health and well-being of the organization with previous roles in accounting, compliance and finance support to Burbank’s executive leadership. Over the years, Julie has developed and built-out Burbank’s Asset Management Department, of which she now oversees and is responsible for the financial performance, regulatory compliance and long term health of Burbank’s property portfolio. Prior to joining Burbank, she was busy organizing loans through whole mortgage lending throughout the Bay Area for over ten years.
