That’s why Burbank Housing and local partners are working together to help people achieve their dream of homeownership. With three pathways: new construction, resales and down payment assistance, Burbank Housing works to help subsidize the cost of your home purchase by providing down payment assistance to make your home purchase affordable. We’ve helped over a thousand households achieve their dream of owning a home and we continue to work to make sure that these valuable members of the community will be able to call the North Bay home.
New, Affordable Homeownership Opportunity Coming to Santa Rosa for first time homebuyers!
Burbank Housing, the program administrator for the Sonoma County Community Development Commission's affordable homeownership programs, is pleased to announce a new homeownership opportunity in Santa Rosa in partnership with Lenox Homes and Sonoma County.
Educational classes will begin in Summer 2026, providing prospective homebuyers with information about the program, eligibility requirements, and the homebuying process. Here is how to learn more about this program:
