Three Paths to Ownership

For our many community members with lower income, homeownership feels out of reach. That’s why Burbank Housing and local partners are working together to help people achieve their dream of homeownership. With three pathways: new construction, resales and down payment assistance, Burbank Housing works to help subsidize the cost of your home purchase by providing down payment assistance to make your home purchase affordable. We’ve helped over a thousand households achieve their dream of owning a home and we continue to work to make sure that these valuable members of the community will be able to call the North Bay home.
