Mr. Taboulsi joined the Board of Directors in 2025 with 41 years in land development, finance, environmental mitigation and project design. At the age of 13, Charles immigrated from Lebanon. After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Civil Engineering he received a MBA in Project and Construction Management from Golden Gate University. For last 35 years, Charles has managed his own consulting firm specializing in civil design, land development and environmental mitigation for both public and private sectors. Mr. Traboulsi has served as President of the Engineering Club at Santa Rosa Junior College and University of California, Berkeley.
