With over 25 years’ experience in affordable housing, Mark joined the Burbank Housing team in April 2015 and now serves as Burbank’s Portfolio Analyst currently assigned to the organization’s growing Permanent Supported Housing (PSH) portfolio. Mark began working in affordable housing in 1990 as Executive Director of Community Support Network. Since then, Mark has worked as a Senior Housing Development Officer for the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority in affordable housing programs and homeless services policy for both the City of Santa Rosa and the County of Sonoma.
