Rental Program

This information is for rental properties managed by Burbank Housing Management Corporation.

Burbank Housing does not rent from a central location. For your convenience, you may download a rental program pre-application from this site. You must then call each property that you are interested in directly. Please go to the Burbank Housing Property Listings for contact information. Most of our properties have waiting lists, which vary in length. At times, some of our sites are available to qualified households immediately.

If you are interested in new rental construction, please take a moment to fill-out this form and submit by  mail, fax, or drop it off at the main office.

To participate in the rental program, complete the Rental Program Pre-Application and submit to the property(ies) of your choice. You may make multiple copies and distribute as needed.

Properties with open waiting list

• Rental Housing
  Available to the general public, unit size may vary from studio to four bedrooms.
• Family Rentals
  Serve households of varying sizes, including single occupant households.
• Farmworker Housing
  Head of household must derive a percentage of income from agricultural related employment.
• Special Needs Housing
  Serves persons with special needs, such as the physically disabled.
